Steal the Look of Vermont’s Most Charming Farmhouse Hotel | One Kings Lane
On the heels of yesterday's post I thought I would share this next one from One Kings Lane about how to get the look of one of Vermont's most charming Inns, Twin Farms. Another dreamy Inn situated in the country, I couldn't resist re-posting it here and celebrating it's classic beauty. It's perfectly preppy and yet rustic touches amid the chic bring the outdoors in-open beams, wood panelling and stone make their mark in nearly every space bringing just the right amount of laid back presence-so put your feet up and forget the coasters. Like a satin blouse layered under a wool sweater it's a winning combination and a lovely play on textures that is commonly found throughout-perfection!
In terms of color palette, we tried to bring the outdoors in. Four seasons of colors run throughout the rooms.

Toile, Toile and more Toile, I never tire of it. Here it makes major impact with repeated use throughout the space on bedding, drapery and wallpaper-style tip #1.
And again on the sofa-eeek I love it!
Another stunning room at the Inn, here a mass grouping of vintage bird prints make a statement-style tip #2.
Feeling Blue? Ha-how could you in this room! A mixture and layering of various patterns in the same color help the stunning color scheme come together while uniting the various spaces in the room-style tip #3.
