Rocky Mountain Soap Co.

Rocky Mountain Soap Co. Is a local company based out of Canmore Alberta CA. It is a fabulous brand that carries pretty well everything you could imagine and want for care products (I use several) and the best part is they smell unbelievable and are all natural which means they are A-MA-ZING. Since having little ones we have always used the Baby Bum Balm and I am sure it is by far the very best product for diaper rash prevention on this planet. It smells unbelievable and protects and soothes their skin like no other. When our little ones were in diapers I always kept a large jar for diaper changes at home and the small jar in the diaper bag for travel/on the go. And an added bonus-it can be used for other uses such as cradle cap to dry cuticles or hands. And then there is their Baby Bear Soap, so gentle on skin you can use it everyday without any harsh drying effects. And if your face needs a little TLC , try washing it with this stuff, it will leave you feeling renewed. If you have or know of anyone with little ones these are a definite a must.

Noodle & Boo

I absolutely adore Noodle & Boo and have been using it with our two littles for a while now. All of their products work amazingly, smell absolutely heavenly and they are super gentle to use (not an easy combination to find when it comes to kids care products). Noodle & Boo offers a large range of products but my favourites are the ones we use everyday; Extra Gentle Shampoo, Soothing Body Wash, Leave-In Conditioning Hair Polish and Super Soft Lotion. All of their products are gentle and have no parabens, phthalates, sulfates, PPG's, dyes, GMO's, triclosan, formaldehyde donors or essential oils-so you can feel good using them on your littles ones knowing that they are truly as good as they smell!

Ina Garten

If you now me then you know I am a huge fan of Ina Garten, I mean not only is the women a great cook, she is an entrepreneurial wiz and an entertaining guru, and although I don't know her personally, she seems like she would be a basket of fun to hang out with-enough said. I envy how effortlessly she seams to whip up her recipes on her shows, mixing this, and adding a dash of that all while offering tips and trick of the trade. I find myself totally immersed when she is on, it's like I'm in her kitchen and she's a dear friend, the conversation, the atmosphere, and the meal is casual not contrived, as easy going as the slow moving bicycles that meander down the streets of the Hamptons (where her show is filmed). So it will come as no shock to know that I am slowly amassing a growing collection of Ina Garten cookbooks. One of my favourites and the first cookbook of Ina's that I purchased is "Fool Proof", though I enjoy them all. I have to say, not only have I made numerous of her recipes, all of which were delicious, but I sometimes just open and flip through the pages of them just to study the absolutely stunning pictures within. You'll find gorgeous food presentations and equally stunning scenes depicting breezy summer days spent in the Hamptons, fresh food markets, and gatherings. All of Ina's recipes and books are lovely, not super difficult to follow and create-absolutely perfect for everyday meals to special gatherings and they make wonderful gifts for any cook. If you don't already own one, you need to!
